A scan of passport identity page used by each traveller. This is the page with the passport photo. It must be legible so that the information can be compared. We accept all formats and weights.
The passport must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of departure from New Zealand. The passport cannot be an emergency green passport or a diplomatic passport.
A recent passport photo in colour of each traveller, regardless of whether the haircut is identical to that in the passport. The photo must comply with passport photo standards: well lit, facing the camera, with no hair masking the face and no marked smile, without glasses, etc.
You can take a photo of yourself on a light, plain wall and send it to us so that we can format it free of charge. You can also use free online tools to help you get photos in the right format.
